The production of socks takes 30 to 40 working days from the moment the payment is posted.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 100 pairs.
Is it possible to order two different socks in pair?
Yes, we offer this option for 200 pairs. We do not charge any additional fees for this service.
Shipping
How will my socks ship?
The socks will be delivered via a courier company straight from Europe.
How much is the delivery of socks?
Nothing, delivery is always free.

What types of socks do you offer?
Our offer includes three types of socks. Sports Socks made mostly of Polypropylene, Cotton Socks made of cotton, and Ankle Socks also made of cotton.
What are the socks sizes?
In the production of socks, we offer sizes: 3-5 | 6-8 | 9-11 | 12-13 | 14-15
Payment
Do you issue a invoice?
Yes of course!
Can I pay the full amount after completion of the order?
Unfortunately not. Before starting production, we charge you an advance of 50% of the order amount.
Complaint
How can I report a problem with socks?
If there is anything wrong with the socks, please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible!
What does the complaint process look like?
1. Please describe the details of the socks problem in your email. Remember to share as much information as possible, it will significantly speed up the complaint process.
2. We will consider your complaint and contact you within 4 days.
3. We bear the cost of returning the socks.
